What These Terms Cover
The following six principles summarise the most important aspects of your agreement with bh999g. Full details for each area are provided in the numbered sections below.
Eligibility
All bh999g players must be at least 18 years of age. You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services. One account per person is permitted.
Payments

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bh999g ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://bh999g.net and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered therein (collectively, "the Services").
By accessing bh999g, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion or bonus offer, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the bh999g platform from time to time.
These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026. bh999g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the bh999g website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bh999g platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the authoritative version. Translations provided for convenience carry no legal weight.

Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Conditions
All funds deposited into your bh999g account must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account is held by a different individual — are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are indicated at the point of transaction. bh999g reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if it cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your bh999g account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, bh999g may require full identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to completion of all required verification steps.
bh999g reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if: (a) the account has not completed identity verification; (b) the account is under investigation for suspicious activity; (c) the applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been met; or (d) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on bh999g are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal in BDT. bh999g is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.
Important: bh999g does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. Any funds sent via cryptocurrency channels cannot be credited to your account and may be permanently unrecoverable. Use only the approved bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay payment methods listed on the deposit page.

Bonus & Promotions Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New bh999g players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to each verified player only once and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit promotion.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your bh999g account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
4.3 Bonus Eligibility
bh999g reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotional offer at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for individual recreational players only. Players who demonstrate patterns consistent with professional bonus exploitation, matched betting, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements may have their bonus offers restricted or withdrawn without notice.
4.4 Promotion Validity
Each bonus or promotion on bh999g carries an expiry date or a time limit within which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. Expiry dates for active bonuses are visible in your bh999g account dashboard.
4.5 Seasonal and Festival Promotions
bh999g regularly offers seasonal promotions aligned with events relevant to Bangladesh, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and the BPL and IPL cricket seasons. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotions page at the time the offer goes live.
bh999g does not offer bonuses to players who have applied for self-exclusion or who are currently enrolled in a deposit-limit programme. Player wellbeing takes precedence over promotional activity at all times.

Prohibited Conduct
By using the bh999g platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
Automated Betting
Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the bh999g platform in any way that circumvents manual play.
Collusion
Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the bh999g platform or other players.
Money Laundering
Using the bh999g platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful or criminal activity. bh999g cooperates fully with anti-money laundering (AML) investigation requests from competent authorities.
Exploiting Software Errors
Deliberately exploiting any bug, error, miscalculation, or technical malfunction in bh999g's software, games, or payment systems to gain an unfair advantage or receive unintended credits.
Underage Access
Accessing or attempting to access bh999g if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting, enabling, or failing to prevent a person under 18 from accessing the bh999g platform using your account.
False Identity
Registering or operating a bh999g account using false, fabricated, or another person's identity details, or providing fraudulent documentation during the identity verification process.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by bh999g
bh999g reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if an account is under investigation for fraudulent or suspicious activity. During a period of suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals.
7.2 Permanent Closure by bh999g
bh999g may permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances: confirmed breach of these Terms; confirmed fraudulent activity or identity fraud; confirmed money laundering or use of the platform for criminal purposes; provision of false personal information; confirmed underage gambling; or any other conduct that bh999g determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Upon permanent closure initiated by bh999g for a breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be confiscated in full, including both real-money and bonus funds. bh999g will notify the player of the closure and the reason for it wherever legally required to do so.
7.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may close your bh999g account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any active bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically actioned within 48 hours of receipt.
7.4 Self-Exclusion Closure
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may apply for self-exclusion by contacting bh999g support. A self-exclusion closure is treated differently from a standard voluntary closure: the account is permanently flagged to prevent re-registration, and bh999g will take reasonable steps to ensure that the player cannot open a new account on the platform during the self-exclusion period. Note on Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. bh999g may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule displayed on the payments information page. Players will receive an email notification before any inactivity fee is applied.
Account Closure Process

- Identity check — Our team verifies your identity to protect your account from unauthorised closure requests.
- Balance settlement — Any pending withdrawals are processed; bonus funds are forfeited.
- Confirmation — You receive an email confirmation that your bh999g account has been closed.
